I am the proud owner of Remote Rehab In-Home Physical Therapy. My journey in the field of physical therapy began with my graduation from the University of Central Florida’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in 2017. Since then, I have dedicated myself to improving the lives of my patients, with a particular focus on the geriatric community.
My passion lies in helping older adults reduce pain and increase their independence, enabling them to live fuller, more active lives. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working in multiple clinics, where I gained extensive experience and honed my skills.
However, I noticed a significant gap in accessibility for many patients, particularly those who had difficulty traveling to clinics. This realization inspired me to create RemoteRehab, a mobile physical therapy service that brings high-quality care directly to the homes of my patients. By eliminating the need for travel, I aim to provide a more convenient and personalized experience, ensuring that everyone has access to the physical therapy they need.
At RemoteRehab, my mission is to deliver compassionate, effective, and accessible care to help my patients achieve their health and wellness goals. I am committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve, one home visit at a time.

In pursuit of my own wellness goals, I dedicated decades to the study, application, and the teaching of exercise and wellness. I acquired numerous certifications and participated in hundreds of hours of continued education with nationally recognized organizations, such as the national Academy of sports medicine, and yoga alliance. While I was teaching yoga and aquatic fitness, I was encouraged and inspired by my students and clients to later earn a doctorate in physical therapy. My experience and specialties include orthopedic, geriatric, vestibular, pain-management, strength and conditioning, yoga, aquatic-fitness, healthy lifestyle education.
